REDONDO DRINKING

Janet and I were supposed to play tennis but we were too lazy and tired from last night. So we lounged and napped and then it was time to go to Redondo Beach.

We went to her friend Judy's place where her sister Jen, her sister's boyfriend Hiroshi and Judy's friend Adrienne were there. Later, another of Judy's friend's Lauren and her man Dave came through.

Janet had mentioned these guys drink - a lot! And she was right. Although a ton of appetizers came out to the table, it was immediately followed by strong drinks and mean shots. It was shot after shot and before I knew it, I had eaten a dinner's worth of apps. But I'd drunk much more than that and we were all pretty trashed by the time we walked over to the Mexican restaurant for dinner.

After dinner, we headed back to the apartment for even more drinks. I sobered-up a bit then took us home late into the early morning. Janet was really pissed-off about my visit to the bathroom, but we kind of worked it out.
