MISC DUTIES

I spent some time last night trying to transfer the information from my Shell Saver card to my new bank. It was a little frustrating because Shell couldn't help me since they said the verifying company placed a hold on my card. When I called them (apparently they are TeleChek), they could not do anything because my new bank information was not showing up on their system. So I just had Shell cancel my old card and I applied for a new one.

After I ate lunch, I filled out some EDD paperwork and transferred some money into my Fidelity Roth IRA account. I figured with the tax return I received, it's probably a good idea to start saving for my retirement. It's weird thinking about something that will happen 25 years from now, but like they say, it's never too early.

I've been having issues with the WD My Book Live network drive. It's doing something to the Netgear router and causing some devices to disconnect. It's a pain, so I called my brother Paul up after some P90x yoga and dinner. It was nice to be able to complete the yoga without much fuss but that's probably because I've had three days of rest.

My brother says I should Google the issue to see if I can find other people with the same problem. I'll do that after I receive a reply from WD about the issue.

Then I spent a lot of time downloading stuff from the Internet.
