RINGER
I don't like night shoots, but when you get booked, you can't cancel. So I got booked for this new Sarah Michelle Gellar vehicle where she plays twins. One goes missing and the other one tries to find her.
I drove to Cal State Northridge and got there early because there was no traffic. That gave me a chance to go to Pho 22 and eat dinner since our call time was 5:45PM and they wouldn't be serving us "breakfast" or the first meal of the day. When I checked-in, I didn't realize that the casting director was at the check-in table. I wish I could have said hello to Claire.
We were driven to CSUN's theater building where we were all supposed to be fancy schmancy invites to a very important social ribbon cutting event. Unfortunately, we had to stand all night and at some points even stand outside. It was extremely unpleasant, but the good news was that Eriq La Salle was directing and was on point. He had things moving and knew exactly what he wanted.
I saw Max working so we hung out and spent some time talking about stuff. There was a Korean chick named Nosco or something like that who I had my eye on, but I just wasn't sure if she was feelin' me. So I let her go without really doing much.
We were finally able to leave around 4AM and it didn't take too long for me to get to sleep when I got back home.
