NEW WINDOWS
I had a tough time getting up this morning. I don't know if it was the bed, the achy back or maybe the weekend, but it was tough. I kind of creaked my way down the stairs and had lunch.
Then I got a call later in the afternoon from the window company. They had finished installing the windows at the Pomona duplex. So I headed out there to just make sure everything was ok. The windows looked great because the bars were no longer there and the windows themselves are fairly large. It's amazing how much they changed the look of the property. All it needs now is a new paint job and the outside of the property will look great.
When I got back, I started-up the yoga and although it was relatively easy, I felt like I couldn't stretch as much and my back was still very achy.
During dinner, we watched Jeopardy! It was the first episode when Watson, a super-computer, went against the highest money-maker and the guy who had the longest winning streak. After the first episode (one of three), Watson was ahead.
I haven't discussed this in my previous posts, but Mubarak recently stepped down from the Presidency of Egypt after 30 years. First Tunisia, then Egypt and now other middle eastern states are protesting their conditions. It reminds me of the People Power revolution of the Philippines. But even now, the Philippines is not much better. Will the same thing happen to the middle east?
