TIME HEALS (HAWTHORNE)

I had to drive into the hood today - Ingle-hood! There was a lot of traffic and I actually ran late. We shot inside the Daniel Freeman Memorial Hospital and it took me some time to find out where holding was. I was ten minutes late but the PA didn't seem to mind.

I got dressed in scrubs and was supposed to be an orderly today. I met a half Pinay half Chinee chickapoo who seemed pretty friendly. She seemed cool but I wasn't sure if she was just cool or if she was diggin' me.

Anyway, the fun thing about today was that I got to work with Jada Pinkett-Smith. I was shocked at how the stand-in looked so much like her, but when I saw the real Jada, I knew it was the real thing. What also shocked me was how little of a booty Jada has. I mean, she was already tiny but with such a tiny butt, my "love" factor with her dropped down a notch.

We had a lot of time to rest between scenes and we actually had a very picky PA which made for a working atmosphere that was relatively challenging.

Afterwards, I rolled into the Hollywood Park Casino and tried my hand at $100 no-limit $2/$3 hold 'em. It was a lot easier than I imagined and very comfortable. I ended up losing for the night because of a two-outer bad beat. However, I felt confident that I could beat the game.
