COLD CASE #3

We shot a Halloween scene and even though I packed a bunch of possible costumes for wardrobe to look at, they didn't look at any of them. Instead, I was put in a scarecrow outfit and got some make-up to look "cute".

We were placed in a carnival style outdoor set with a bunch of kids in costume. It was fun hanging out with the kids because they add such a realistic element to the craft. When I say realistic I mean "real". They aren't really acting but just being themselves which one can argue is what acting is all about.

After that scene, I changed and got in my car to do some crosses on a city street on the lot. We were fed the entire time so it was nice never to feel hunger and to get a lot of breaks in between scenes.

I saw Charlie again and by this time, he had gotten all his union vouchers. We talked about how all our conversations were leading to something good happening to him. I love his energy even though I know we're not all perfect people. There are probably things in his past that he's not happy about, but don't we all have these things? All we can do is leave them behind and move forward.
