DEXTER #4
Perhaps talking about Dexter with Pat led me to this. Could the universe have some kind of ability to grant you what you want?
I got to Sunset Gower and it was already warm. The nice thing was that I got to park inside the lot rather than park on the street when I work on Pair of Kings. They told us that we should have had lunch before arriving, so I stopped by a Thai joint to grab some food. It was good, it was spicy, but it cost too much for the little that I got. But damn was it authentic. There were just Thai peeps in there and the staff barely spoke English.
I realized after eating the food that I would have to shit it all out later. I wasn't looking forward to that.
I was booked as a CSI guy so all my clothing was provided except my pants. They said that CSI people wear khaki pants, something the casting company didn't say. It's all good though because I had some slacks that were close enough.
The scene we worked in was in stage 5 thank goodness. Because it was hot as hell outside. Still though, it got hot inside the set and some of the actors started complaining. The fun thing I got to do was accept a picture from Michael C. Hall as he examined the body. But the takes were numerous since there were several actors in the scene and each one had to have some kind of close-up.
We got wrapped pretty much at eight hours so they really worked us today. I didn't mind since I had to pick-up at the Beverly Center anyway.
