SHOPPING WITH JARED AND MARISSA
We decided to go shopping locally instead of driving out to LA to look for a super formal tux for Jared. So we picked up Marissa and headed to Brea. We stopped by Jansen's so Jared could pick up a case for his iPhone 1 but he didn't actually have one.
We stopped by H&M to look at some of their suits, but they didn't have the tux anymore. It was too bad because that tux was pretty cool. Maybe they will stock some later during Fall or Winter.
We also shopped at Cotton On, which is kind of like H&M in a way, but maybe for a younger set. Jared and I bought some shorts and a tank that we will wear at the river.
There was a tea store that we saw and I wondered how they were making money to stay open. But they had a bunch of teas you could try for free and they were delicious. They also had very knowledgeable people and I felt like I could easily work there. But I had a bigger idea of starting something like this in Diamond Bar since there are so many Chinese people here. But perhaps there's just not enough traffic to get people to buy interesting teas and maybe it only works where there are white people since Chinese people will just buy their teas from Ranch 99 or an Asian market.
When we got back, I ran 4 miles and when I returned, moms and I prepared dinner. I just cooked some short ribs on the stove and Jared made a right on comment that we should eat something other than short ribs the next time we have dinner. It seems like we're always eating short ribs!
I took Marissa home and then drove Jared to Butterfield Ranch where his mom was waiting. Then I took K. Noel's car to the car wash since it was filthy. I spent $10 on a full works wash and I was pretty impressed how clean it looked. Still, the inside is crap and full of dirty on the floors so that's all I will do for my bro at this stage. If I had time and I didn't have to work, I might have vacuumed that thing up.
