P90X ALMOST BARF
It was time for the chest and back workout and I thought I could do it pretty easily. Then, halfway through the thing, I realized how out of shape I am. I started to feel a little nauseous and couldn't finish completely even after taking a pretty long break. But that's what happens when you don't workout completely and take a very long extended break from exercise.
Oh well, all I can do is keep trying. I'm mostly excited about just training for the half-marathon and have tired of the P90x system. Although I think it's a great workout, it really burns you out when you do the same workouts over and over again.
