A LITTLE RUN
I ran two miles using the new forefoot step style that I've learned online. I noticed that the run seems to feel like it's slower, but when I looked at my time, it was pretty much the same as when I do the heel strike stride. But my calves definitely felt a little sore afterward, but not as bad as I thought it would feel.
