SWITCHED AT BIRTH #3
Jared and I went to In n Out for some food and on the way back, BeeJay called and we got into a pretty big argument. I was furious and after it all, I wondered why I got so furious. Was I being too defensive? Was I making a mountain out of a mole hill? Was I just frustrated and wanted to get my feelings out? I'm not sure.
Kimi came by to pick up Jared and then I left for Santa Clarita Studios. On the way, I got to talk to BeeJay more and even though we didn't get to really figure things out to satisfaction, it seemed like I got him to think about leading by example.
I didn't realize how far the studios were so I was ten minutes late. Right when I was walking up to check-in, I got a call from Central asking me if I was close. I always feel bad for being late, and maybe I should have called Central to let them know.
It was hot on set, and we were supposed to be in some kind of cafe or bar. One of the actors was playing the guitar and singing. He was good. What made the day fun was being set with a black guy and a white Southern lady. They were telling jokes and being fun and that helped.
What sucked is we worked a full eight hours but the lucky folks were the ones who checked-in early in the morning for the car wash scene. The good news was that I drove there and back without any traffic.
