SCANDAL
I have no idea what this show is about, but we were filming episode 106 so it must be a tv series. Anyway, we were booked as Republican staffers for someone who is kind of like Michelle Bachman. "One nation under God" was Langston's (the name of the principal character) motto and the campaign room actually looked pretty good.
We were at Sunset Gower and the call time was pushed to 9AM. So I was kind of nervous getting there in time, but it took a good hour and a half. Usually, if I give myself two hours, I never get into any trouble.
We worked throughout the morning and didn't get a lot of breaks. They moved pretty quickly and after our scenes were done, we were wrapped. We were kind of worried we would have to stay for a possible 13 hour day, but nope, we were let go.
Even though it was 3:30PM, there was still plenty of traffic and it took an hour to get home. I took a nap when I got home and woke up right when moms got home, about 6:50PM. During dinner, I put on "The Learning", a documentary featuring four female Pilipinos who leave their country to teach in Baltimore's inner city. It's so sad seeing the sacrifice people will go through for a better life and it hit home pretty hard for me and moms. It was hard to keep the tears from flowing.
Then I talked to Shirley for awhile about her job and how unsatisfied she is with the owners. I hope she can pull through or at least talk to them to let them know what's going on with her feelings.
Then I went on a short run even though I really didn't want to. I feel really tired, but at least I can rest tomorrow. I got booked on Two and a Half Men and that's four days in a row now. Let's see if I can get five in a row!
