GOSSIP GIRL
The show is normally shot in New York, so I felt lucky to get to work on it. I was cast as a cook/server, but basically I was dressed as a crew person along with a captain and another crew guy.
We worked in Long Beach on a yacht that was docked in some marina. When we got dressed, my pants fit just fine. But the captain's pants wouldn't fit him, so they asked if I could take one for the team and switch with him. The pants didn't fit me either, but it was closer to fitting me than the other guys. So I got left with camel penis and pants that couldn't be buttoned.
The first scene I was placed on was with the three friends, and the only one I knew was Blake Lively. She introduced herself to me when I was set next to her. My job was to pour some orange juice for her and walk off. Then the scene began.
Most of the time we were chilling at holding, right on the dock. But as the sun began moving, there was no shade, so we set-up next to the bathroom where the shade was. The captain went to USC but the other crew guy was a pretty annoying, strange guy who came from Philly with aspirations to become a famous movie star. It's funny the type of people you meet because you really meet all types.
The Trojan loved his dog and showed me some pictures of him. We talked about breeding and I commented how much I loved the way he used the word "bitch". He told me that last week he told a woman what a fuckin' bitch she was. He had no problem telling her that and he had no problem that he was asked to leave when she told on him. I'm impressed that people can be like that because sometimes I wish I could be a total ass and say fuck you to some people.
We were wrapped after 7pm and the drive home wasn't bad at all.
