SWITCHED AT BIRTH
I had to call the emergency line at Central because Joey's didn't give me a return text when I asked them what the hell Javy SI meant as my category. It turns out that I was standing in for a character named Javy. I should have known.
I was sent to Santa Clarita studios right next to Magic Mountain. Yeah, it was a far ass drive, but I figure work is work as I've always said.
We worked outside the entire time. It was pretty easy work, but when it got cold, it got a little tougher. Then it was a matter of trying to stay warm and it was tough. I should have brought my gloves and a warmer jacket, but stupid weather.com said it would be in the 60s. It got way colder than that.
The other stand-in that hung out with me was Staci. She was a blondie that lived in Studio City but was from the northern part of Cali. She was one of those dull types and the exciting thing that happened to her was a neck surgery where they put in a bunch of plates and pins. Pretty crazy.
I got overtime but it was close to 3AM when I got wrapped. They were still shooting and I was hoping I could stay along with everyone but then again, I was pretty happy wrapping and getting out of there because it was really cold and I was nursing a cold.
In fact, I got out of there so quickly, I forgot to return the shirt that was given for color by wardrobe.
